Within the Delivery Optimisation team you will support in finding ways to maximise the efficiency of our
online grocery delivery fleet through shift planning, territory management, delivery pricing and service
offering. During busy periods and some weekends you will also support the operations team.
Report on each store’s delivery capacity and utilisation to identify areas for improvementConduct competitor reviews to identify opportunities in our offeringAssess the potential impact of changes in each store’s territoryPredict the number of drivers needed in each shift to maximise efficiencyIdentify opportunities to raise total revenue though delivery changesKnowledge:Sound technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Awareness of the wider eCommerce market and our competitors.
