The Amazon eContent Analyst is a key position responsible for analyzing, creating, and tracking new ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) and managing the submission of digital content for these products on Amazon’s platform. This role involves using tools like Vendor Central and Amazon Smartsheet to ensure accurate product listings and effective marketing content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis: Evaluate product details, including descriptions, images, specifications, and categories, to ensure accurate creation of ASINs and submission of digital content.
ASIN Creation: Use Vendor Central to generate new ASINs for qualifying products, entering essential information such as product details, pricing, and inventory data.
Tracking and Monitoring: Oversee the progress of ASIN creation to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate and monitor the status of ASINs to confirm they are properly listed on the Amazon site.
Marketing Content Management: Manage and optimize the marketing content for ASINs, including product titles, bullet points, and descriptions, to improve search visibility and engage customers.
Units of Measure: Accurately enter and manage product measurement information, such as weight, dimensions, and packaging details.
eCommerce Management: Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of ASINs into the eCommerce platform, enhancing the online shopping experience for customers.
Content Submission: Ensure all product codes meet the necessary criteria, organize marketing assets as required, adjust and rename marketing information to align with Amazon's standards, and prepare and submit files to Amazon while monitoring for timely approval. Audit live content on the site to ensure it meets brand standards.
Main Deliverables:
Drive E-Commerce Sales: Respond to requests from the Amazon North America sales team, ensuring timely delivery based on agreed timelines:
Urgent Requests: Process urgent requests received before 2 PM on the same day. Normal Requests: Process standard requests within 48 to 72 hours of receipt.
Fulfill requests from the brand and Amazon North America customer team, ensuring high-quality content submissions by the targeted deadlines.
Customer Listing Process: Ensure all content uploaded meets compliance requirements, including product titles, descriptions, details, weight, dimensions, and primary images. Support standardization and automation processes through various tools to improve efficiency.
Job Qualifications
Experience:
Knowledge of D-Commerce to comply with retailer’s eContent guidelines and ensure superior execution.
Strong awareness of customer needs to facilitate a successful brand content listing process.
Skills:
Advanced English.
Strong analytical skills to manage, understand, and optimize large amounts of information.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to align various variables and processes within the organization.
Problem-solving abilities to identify data challenges and customize appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level Excel skills.
Tools:
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
