Position Summary

We are looking for a new eCommerce and JIRA Administrator to join our Accounting team!

Role and Responsibilities

Monitoring daily tasks related to posting of bank statements and closing open itemsReviewing of all approvals for refunds Checking Tax comparison reports and submitting approvals on a monthly basisChecking Open item report on a monthly basisFulfilling FSCS report on a monthly basisPreparing Bank Fees report on a monthly basisPreparing specifications for money transfer from non-resident bank account to CITI BankPerson of contact in communication with BanksProviding financial and accounting support for the development team from JIRAMonitoring and reviewing payments for Trade in orders (clawback payments)Preparing reimbursement notes for FoxwaySubmitting and monitoring JIRA tickets for issues that occurred e-store relatedPreparing documents through additional accounting program (Synesis) to eliminate potential Tax riskProviding support finance and accounting related to D2C team when neededCooperation with NERP team and D2C team regarding e-store related tasksParticipating in weekly team meetingsParticipating in meetings related to future implementations in order to follow up novelties from FI and Tax perspective

Skills and Qualifications

University degree, preferable in area of economics1-3 years of experience in General Accounting and financial reporting, preferably in international companyUpper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules is an advantageAbility to analyze complex dataExcellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skillsHigh ability to set prioritiesFocused on solving problems, with expressed flexibilityExcellent communication skillsAbility to cooperate with different teamsOrientation to details
