This team is the configuration management team within quality/lean (very small team). They are responsible for ensuring all engineering documentations meet PDP (product development standards) - support all of devices (200+ programs), support change orders (RCOs or ECOs) RCO, deviations, control runs and NRCOs
Its an ECO Analyst role - review/analyze change orders submitted to them, if they pass all of their specs (about 14 policies/procedures to validate change orders again), they are also known as the PLM experts - not part of the PLM team with technical/software/engineers but works closely with them for any bug fixes they filed, UAT or beta testing
Primary function is processing changes - looking for someone who is okay with repetitive work reviewing change orders
Comfortable with writing - writing white papers/one pagers
Updating policies/procedures - they have a training guide to manage updates
Official JD:
This role sits within client’s Quality & Lean – Configuration Management (CM) team. This person will support product configuration, master data management, and PLM/PDM processes for consumer device programs. The focus is on change order processing, BOM management, Agile PLM administration, and process improvement, supporting products from early development through end-of-life. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Packaging teams. Key Responsibilities
• Act as a company-wide resource for master data maintenance and escalations
• Analyze, process, and track Change Orders (COs) and design documentation
• Drive part setup, BOM creation, releases, and changes for new and sustaining products
• Ensure all documentation meets Lab126 standards and policies
• Support global master data setup from development through EOL
• Partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Provide project updates on schedule, issues, and deliverables
• Create and publish metrics and reports
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Support multiple Kuiper CT product releases
Agile / PLM System Responsibilities
• Onboard new employees and contract manufacturers into Agile PLM
• Review Agile Deviations, RCOs, NRCOs, and Control Runs
• Manage user roles, privileges, and functional teams
• Provide training and guidance to Agile users
• Handle trouble tickets related to Agile access and configuration
• Continuously benchmark and improve CM performance against Agile standards

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Configuration Management
• 4+ years using PLM / PDM tools (Agile PLM or similar strongly preferred)
• Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written communication skills (documentation, specs, rewrites)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience supporting hardware or consumer device programs
• Familiarity with Amazon Leadership Principles

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
