The Chargeback Intern will be responsible for managing the Chargebacks process for key Medical Device distributors and Innovative Medicine wholesalers. This role is responsible for developing key internal and external partnerships, performing root cause analyses, resolving complex Chargeback discrepancies, partnering with Finance regarding Chargeback credits and deductions, and measuring/monitoring wholesaler compliance. In addition, key responsibilities also include any compliance related activities, such as Sarbanes-Oxley related activities. **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Manage distributor Chargeback Payments through the CORE, ICS & SAP system + Reconcile incoming Chargebacks submissions based on frequency of distributor/wholesaler submission schedule and process resubmissions. + Research, troubleshoot, and solve problems of broad complexity + Develop, create, run reports, and perform trend analysis + Act decisively while understanding the impact of actions, processes and problems across the department + Be part of a structured program, with mentoring, visibility to senior leadership, professional training, and networking opportunities. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program is required. + Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred. + Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organization skills, with ability to prioritize successfully and work independently + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Strong analytical skills, and a proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and pivot tables); Excel macros is preferred, and PowerPoint. + Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist. + Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency is required. + Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. + Must be willing and able to work on a full-time basis for three months. + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. **Other:** + **Location & Travel Required:** Based in Raritan, NJ, with up to 5% domestic travel, and occasional travel to Horsham, PA, New Brunswick, NJ, and Titusville, NJ Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
