Qualifications + What We’re Looking For: 📘 Education + High School Diploma or GED – required + Associate Degree – preferred + Certification Program in lieu of Associate Degree – accepted + Graduation from a formal Cardiovascular Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) – preferred 🩺 Experience + Two (2) years of echocardiography experience – preferred 📜 Licensure/Certification + Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) – required + New graduates will have six (6) months to obtain registry 🧠 Additional Skills + Ability to complete department-specific skills validation and competency testing successfully + Demonstrates age-appropriate care skills and ability to adapt services based on individual patient needs + Strong verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams + Commitment to high reliability practices and Novant Health’s “First Do No Harm” philosophy Job Opening ID 26416
