**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As an Echo Tech/Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
Every day you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data, ensuring patient comfort and performing a range of echocardiographic studies.
To be successful, you will possess a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, proficient technical skills, and effective communication abilities to provide exceptional diagnostic services.
+ Prepares equipment ensuring that equipment is operational, safe and functioning according to diagnostic standards
+ Problem solve equipment failure and imaging quality and contacts service representative regarding equipment problems
+ Ensures that daily equipment and room maintenance is performed during after each procedure, and that special precautions and measures are performed to ensure infection control standards
+ Completes all quality checks and Ensures that equipment logs are maintained
+ Completes all clinical supply inventories, ensuring that each diagnostic room is complete with the necessary supplies required to perform the procedure
+ Actively Participates with patient testing, performing routine, non‐routine, urgent, and emergent patient requests
**Job Requirements**
Required
+ Two (2) years related experience
+ Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
+ Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI, upon hire or
+ Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, upon hire or
+ Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echo, upon hire or
+ Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Fetal Echo, upon hire or
+ Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire or
+ Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Fetal Echo, upon hire
Preferred
+ Associates Other or
+ One year certificate from a healthrelated program in a related medical field, which includeseminar course training in cardiac ultrasound

**Pay Range**
$35.62 - $52.99 /hour
