Performs peripheral vascular and/or echocardiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures. Administers medications as prescribed and under the supervision of a physician.
Education Required
· High School Diploma
· Graduate of Accredited Ultrasound/Echo School/Program
Education Preferred
· Associate's Degree or Higher
License, Certification and/or Registration
· ARDMS or CCI registration in ECHO
· BLS require during orientation period
· MOAB required
Experience
· One year of clinical ultrasound/echo experience
