YOUR ROLE

The Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the cost accounting activities for the ECG North America trial balances. This includes analyzing results, preparing reports, supporting audits, and liaison to other functional staffs.

In your daily job you will:

Maintain current SOX key controls reportingEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial regulationsMonitor inventory including physical counts, valuation, and reconciliationAnalyze and report Global ECG Excess and Obsolete InventoryPrepare and present cost reportsSupport internal and external auditsSupport and Train staffAssist in budgeting cost activities

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

5 years of experience in a similar positionRelevant experience with SAP and HFM financial systemsDemonstrates high level of leadership ability, including the ability to work with diverse groupsAbility to analyze information and decide course of action, strong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel within North America as needed
