In this role, a typical day will include:

策略及资源规划与执行：结合公司年度业务目标，统筹电商平台的资源布局，制定年度/季度促销活动及预算分配；管理追踪并持续优化电商各渠道上的投资效率，完成销售目标。电商分析洞察：熟悉电商平台的营销、付费及运营相关的工具方法，了解平台规则与资源；定期收集分析行业大盘数据、销售数据、付费数据、营销活动数据、用户行为等，评估营销活动效果，输出可落地的运营优化建议，持续优化资源投入与运营效率。跨部门协同和资源整合：协同内部团队（包括不限于销售/市场部/供应链/法务/合规等），帮助内部资源整合，推动品牌在平台上的各项业务顺利进行。

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

统招本科及以上学历，3年以上电商渠道运营、市场营销或销售管理经验，熟悉医药健康、快消品行业优先。精通主流电商平台运营逻辑，具备品牌用户运营思维，有较强的数据敏感度与分析能力，能通过数据分析优化投资策略。结果导向，具备优秀的资源整合能力及跨部门协作经验，能够独立管理项目，与内部跨部门团队及外部电商平台、供应商等进行有效沟通与协作，推动项目顺利实施。具备较强的抗压能力，能适应高强度工作节奏。
