EBT Customer Service Agent (REMOTE)
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote Location: Remote (Must reside in the Tulsa, OK area) Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Full-time, hourly Availability Required: + Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM + Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as scheduled) Overview: System One is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support an EBT program serving families in the Tulsa area. This role involves high-volume inbound calls assisting callers with program applications and general inquiries. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and comfortable in a call-center environment. Responsibilities: + Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy + Assist callers with application completion and status updates + Accurately document information across multiple systems + Follow scripts, procedures, and quality standards + Resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary Qualifications: + Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) + High school diploma or equivalent + Prior customer service or call center experience + Strong computer and multitasking skills + Reliable hardwired internet and a dedicated home workspace Why Apply: + Fully remote opportunity + Consistent full-time hours + Meaningful work supporting families and communities Additional Information: This role is employed through System One, supporting a client program.
