Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote Location: Remote (Must reside in the Tulsa, OK area) Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Full-time, hourly Availability Required: + Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM + Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as scheduled) Overview: System One is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support an EBT program serving families in the Tulsa area. This role involves high-volume inbound calls assisting callers with program applications and general inquiries. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and comfortable in a call-center environment.
