The Ethics & Business Integrity Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic compliance support and guidance to Medical and R&D functions in China. This role will drive the implementation of global ethics and compliance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of integrity while supporting Sanofi's commitment to ethical business practices. **Key Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary Ethics & Business Integrity Business Partner for Medical and R&D functions in China, providing compliance guidance and risk management support + Partner with Medical teams to:Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry codes;Review and approve medical activities and materials;Provide guidance on healthcare professional interactions.Support medical education programs from a compliance perspective + Collaborate with R&D teams to:Ensure all related activities comply with and ethical standards. + Lead the implementation and localization of global compliance programs and processes in China + Develop and deliver ethics and compliance training programs + Support compliance investigations when needed + Provide guidance on policy implementation and interpretation + Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on business operations + Manage stakeholder relationships to promote ethical business practices **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Law, or related field + 5+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, or medical, R&D roles within the pharmaceutical industry + Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and industry codes + Experience in compliance program implementation and risk management + Proven track record in conducting investigations and compliance monitoring **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Law, Healthcare Compliance, or related field + Professional certifications in healthcare compliance + Experience working in a global pharmaceutical company + Knowledge of clinical research regulations and GxP requirements + Background in Medical or R&D functions **Key Competencies** + Strong ethical judgment and integrity + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion + Strong communication and influence skills + Project management and change management abilities + Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management + Strategic thinking and business acumen + Conflict resolution and negotiation skills **Language Requirements** + Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
