Job Description

The position is responsible for planning and executing eAxle validation.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design and develop comprehensive eAxle validation test programs for both platform and customer projectsAssess and analyze customer validation requirements, ensuring alignment with internal test plans and industry standardsEvaluate and define environmental test requirements for eAxle, considering factors such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and electromagnetic compatibilityDeduce eAxle load profiles from vehicle requirements, translating customer specifications into actionable testing parametersPartition test plans into individual tests and test series, coordinating efficiently with the test field teamConduct thorough evaluation of test samples and generate detailed technical reportsLead discussions of validation results with system and design engineers, providing insights for product improvementsIntroduce and implement new test procedures to enhance validation processesOptimize existing test plans for cost-effectiveness in synergy with IDN (International Development Network)Develop and maintain validation documentation, including test protocols, standard operating procedures, and validation master plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure eAxle designs meet performance, reliability, and safety requirementsStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to eAxle systemsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall validation process efficiencyRepresent the validation team in project meetings and customer presentations as needed

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile or Electrical-Electronics Engineering with >5 years of experience in electrification product validation

Key Skills:

Extensive work experience in the electrification domain with focus on electric powertrain and related components validationIn-depth knowledge of electric powertrain product engineering methodologyComprehensive understanding of legislation requirements for electrification productsProficient knowledge of electric powertrain product functional and environmental testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach and methodical work styleProven ability to work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to work from office and travel to customer locations as requiredExperience with eAxle systems and componentsFamiliarity with industry standards and testing protocols for electric vehicle powertrainsProficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for test result interpretation
