Job Description

This position is responsible for acting as the main contact person to customers for eAxle engineering activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Actively engaging customers for engineering discussions during the acquisition phase (RFQ analysis, technical response, product explanation, etc.)Providing required engineering support at customer sites throughout the project development cycleConducting comprehensive requirement engineering for eAxle systemsPerforming eAxle-related measurements on vehicles and deriving conclusions based on data analysisActively driving engineering activities and fostering synergy with cross-functional teamsDeveloping and maintaining technical documentation for eAxle systems, including specifications, design documents, and user manualsCollaborating with R&D teams to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements and new designsConducting technical presentations and training sessions for customers on eAxle technology and applicationsTroubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely solutions to customer inquiriesParticipating in industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest trends in electric vehicle technologyContributing to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for eAxle system integrationCoordinating with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability and performanceAssisting in the creation of technical proposals and cost estimates for new customer projectsMonitoring competitor products and technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge in the eAxle marketSupporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer negotiations and product demonstrations

 

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive EngineeringMinimum of 8 years of experience in automotive system engineering activities with a focus on electrificationStrong knowledge of eAxle systems and electric vehicle technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactionProven experience in requirement engineering and system integrationProficiency in data analysis and interpretation of vehicle measurementsAbility to create and maintain technical documentation

Preferred:

Master's degree in a relevant engineering fieldExperience with electric vehicle drivetrain systems and componentsKnowledge of automotive industry standards and regulationsFamiliarity with CAD software and simulation toolsProject management experience in the automotive sectorDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teamsExperience in conducting technical presentations and training sessionsProficiency in troubleshooting complex engineering issuesKnowledge of competitor products and market trends in eAxle technologyWillingness to travel for on-site customer support and industry events
