Job Description

- Build up the eAxle system/components simulation model, make FEA simulation to evaluate the design reliability and guide design optimization.

- Technical analyze the potential failure and concerns for the designed components of Gearbox / eAxle system by simulation results.

- Support problem solving by simulation to find the potential root cause; define the optimization direction by simulation;

- Define the specification for the designed components w. Desiger.

QualificationsScience or Engineering Master DegreeFamiliar with software Creo, ANSYS, Abaqus softwareGood logic and presentation abilityMechanical design experience > 3 yearsGood understanding of the eAxle system and the relative components gearbox, eMotorKnowledge about the quality tools (e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA) and machining process preferred
