EAS Business Partner, Poland
Position Description:

Part of Engagement Assessment Services (EAS) in the execution of its mission, as further describe below.
 

. Act as the BU EAS Business Partner for the BU senior vice-president and provide help, advice, etc. to sub BU leaders while always remaining independent
. Attend BU cabinet to maintain visibility and support the operations of the BU and business planning
. Ensure the Engagement Risk Management procedures in the BU are followed as defined in the Management Foundation with the aim of minimising red projects and margin leakage
. Provide support, as required, for other EAS FY business priorities
. Collaborate with other BU partners for Global engagements as appropriate.
. Prepare timely executive reporting at BU level (R/Y slides, Risk and Audit etc)
. Keep EAS central records storage up to date eg Profiles

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Pro-actively monitor the BU opportunity pipeline
• Undertake Opportunity Risk Assessments for engagements that meet the EAS thresholds or considered necessary due to risk
• Support opportunity in identification of risk mitigation strategies to reduce overall risk profile
• Support the opportunities in undertaking other opportunity risk assurance requirements within the Management Foundation (vigilant to emerging items such as Non-Established Geography classification changes, Cloud Risk Assessments, Data Privacy, etc.)
• Gather, consolidate and document requirements for the Web HC tool & Reporting Platform
• Create test scenarios/scripts/data and execute them to validate and sign-off new releases as they become available
• Chair and participate in work committees
• Write application documentation / user guides as needed
• Provide ongoing support to Web HC and Reporting Platform users
• Maintain internal data tables / security for the Web HC tool & Reporting Platform
