Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator- Team Lead

The Role

Based in Manila, you will be responsible for leading, and directing a team of recruitment coordinators, ensuring effective hiring practices.  Our Recruitment Coordinators primarily support, NA, UK&I and APAC.   

Key responsibilities:

Leadership: Guide and mentor the offshore recruitment coordinator team.  Provide support and professional development opportunities for team members. Foster and role model a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.  collaborate on the allocation and prioritization of work requests across the team to ensure consistent delivery and coverage. Act as primary point of contact for location specific queries, troubleshooting and escalations for the Manila-based team. Proactively look for ways to foster and build stronger partnerships between the various coordinators as well as in partnership the Early Career Regional Leads identify ways to build stronger relationships with the wider early careers team In partnership with the Early careers Regional Leads, look to Identify ways for future development of the coordinators Identify ways to drive efficiencies within current ways of working  Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with EC Region Leads and EC recruiters. Act as a liaison between the offshore team, NA and UK&I leadership to ensure clear communication, alignment and seamless collaboration. Ad hoc request managed by lead; day to day tasks coordinator manages with support from lead Recruitment support: Assist with the assessment and selection process, including screening candidates, coordinating assessment centres, as needed Create early careers job requisitions and update candidate records in ATS system Record, update and analyse recruitment data using ATS system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking Contribute to a variety of cross-functional or time-sensitive projects, such as process improvements, documentation updates, data audits, or program coordination, based on evolving team needs The ability to support other teams when there are seasonal peaks, ensuring a more agile approach to how we support our candidates and clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Lead Role, with a track record of success in an offshore or remote team setting. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Ability to work effectively in a matrix reporting structure and manage multiple prioritiesProven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to multi-taskProficiency in office software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with candidate management systemsAble to work proactively as part of a global teamAbility to embrace change, show flexibility and agility when working on new or unplanned projectsDemonstrates the WTW values of teamwork, integrity, client focus, respect and excellenceMust be amenable to EMEA working hours (4PM - 1AM Manila)
