Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator

The Role

Based in Manila, you will primarily support two recruiters based in Manila hiring interns into our Manilla office and Graduates into Hong Kong, Singapore and new Early Careers markets in Asia. 

Coordinate Early Careers recruiting activities, including but not limited to the following:

Develop and cultivate relationships with campus careers services and initiate activities on campus to promote company Manage and maintain active communication with candidates once they have entered our process Supporting the assessment and selection process, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, as well as initiating offers Liaise with local recruiters to enable them to process offers for successful candidates and provide feedback to candidates who do not meet WTW requirements  Attend career fairs and other campus events in Manila Record, update and analyse all recruiting data using ATS system Assist with onboarding of interns and graduates in partnership with the business Support other teams when there are seasonal peaks, ensuring an agile approach to how we support our candidates and clients.

Work closely with selected teams in our business areas who support with our assessment and attraction to

Develop their knowledge and skills Effectively communicate appropriate information to business stakeholders and interview team members  Manage and run interviews and ensure that effective selection decisions are made

Clients

Establish a trusted advisor role with internal clients, providing consistent and high quality relationship management Support the Early Careers Recruitment Manager in collaborating with leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of the designated business or region Communicate progress to business partners and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary

Financial

Manage budgets and resources Meet or exceed recruiting metrics and key performance indicators Consistently seek new and innovative methods to enhance return on investment

Qualifications

In house Early Careers recruitment experienceExperience with recruiting for professional or financial services, actuarial, broking or investment roles would be an advantageExperience of coordinating and running events is key, both virtually and in-person Candidate management and assessment skillsAble to build relationships quickly and influence at all levelsExperience with direct sourcing from LinkedInProficiency in office software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with candidate management systemsAbility to offer creative recruitment ideas, whilst following necessary processesAbility to embrace new systems and technologyAble to multi-taskAble to work proactively as part of a global teamAbility to embrace change, show flexibility and agility when working on new or unplanned projects

Work Style

We operate a hybrid working environment (i.e. a mixture of working in the office and at home) and empower the team to choose their anchor days. You will be expected to travel to industry and attraction events to support the local Manila recruiter.
