Early Careers Recruiter - Philippines

The Role

Based in Manila, you will be primarily responsible for Early Careers hiring in Singapore, Hong Kong and other emerging markets across Asia. You will also provide support to the recruiter responsible for intern hiring in Manila. 

You will be responsible for managing and executing a defined recruitment strategy and driving the effective and timely delivery of early careers recruitment activities for several businesses areas across multiple locations. The key areas of responsibility include:

Candidate Attraction

Organising, attending (where appropriate) and delivering virtual events as well as events on campus to undergraduates and their influencers (careers advisors, faculty) – you will be required to liaise with local recruiters in country to facilitate this. Travel outside of your base location maybe required to facilitate events Partnering with the Employer Brand team and the business on the creation of assets for use on social media

Candidate Screening / Assessment / Management

Proactive management of the entire early careers’ lifecycle - candidate pipelines, screening of applications, HireVue videos and invitation of high calibre, diverse candidates to assessment centres  Establishing the process in new markets with the support and guidance of your regional lead Organisation of interviews with the support of recruitment coordinators Obtaining timely and meaningful feedback from stakeholders on the interviews held, extending verbal and written offers to successful candidates, providing feedback to unsuccessful ones  Collaboration with other teams across the business to ensure that trackers and admin are up to date and accurate in real time so that the candidate experience is seamless, onboarding smooth and operational reporting accurate Intern conversions – coaching successful interns through the conversion process and extending offers Candidate communications – throughout the lifecycle from first click to first day 

Candidate Experience / Engagement

From first click to first day, the recruiter is responsible for early identification of talent, engaging with and nurturing high calibre candidates – from providing coaching sessions to hosting webinars on the application process and life at WTW – each candidate receives a white glove service aimed at helping them to experience our culture before they even join.

Stakeholder Management 

Proactive stakeholder management is key. Establishing yourself as an expert in all things early careers is essential.  Managing weekly/fortnightly data driven operational meetings with stakeholders to provide clear and accurate information. Ability to craft presentation decks. Requesting support throughout the process in a timely manner to ensure that you are able to provide the very best in candidate management and experience.  Contributing to quarterly review meetings; including new season kick off, mid points and season wash ups. 

Team Collaboration 

Team collaboration is key within Early Careers team, but also with the many other teams that support us to be able to deliver an excellent candidate experience.  Collaboration amongst recruiters in the global team to establish the most efficient ways of working, ensuring that the right work is in the right location.  Fostering positive relationships with colleagues to ensure everyone understands their role and its importance. Contributing to global project workstreams with colleagues from across the whole early careers team.  You will also be called upon to coach and mentor colleagues both formally and informally on a day to day basis, ensuring that colleagues have the opportunity to learn from your experience and guidance. Support other teams when there are seasonal peaks, ensuring a more agile approach to how we support our candidates and clients.

The Requirements

Proven in house track record of full life cycle early careers recruiting or experience within a fast paced high volume recruitment environmentExceptional stakeholder relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goalsStrong communication and presentation skillsData driven approach to recruitment Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high pressure environmentSelf-sufficient and able to work independently, whilst remaining a team player Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverablesAbility to travel to various campuses/school and attend eventsProficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and ATS experience is a must, exposure to HireVue and ORC are a plus  Able to work proactively as part of a global teamAbility to embrace change, show flexibility and agility when working on new or unplanned projects

Work Style

We operate a hybrid working environment (i.e. a mixture of working in the office and at home) and empower the team to choose their anchor days. You will be expected to travel to industry and attraction events in support of various of various early careers initiatives.
