Now, we’re looking for an Early Careers & Learning and Development Coordinator to help us continue that legacy — by supporting apprentices at the start of their journey and driving learning and development across the business.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our apprenticeship programmes — guiding young talent, working closely with managers and providers, and ensuring a smooth and impactful experience from recruitment through to qualification. But your impact won’t stop there. You’ll also play a key role in delivering learning opportunities for our wider teams, supporting our mission to build a skilled, future-ready workforce.
As the Early Careers & Learning and Development Coordinator you will work 8:30 - 17:15 Monday to Thursday , 8:30 - 13:30 on Fridays(Role will be hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office in Andover)
To be successful as the Early Careers & Learning and Development Coordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in an L&D, HR, or apprenticeship support role .
Early Careers & Learning and Development Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate apprenticeship programmes – manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and assessments.Support apprentices and managers – provide guidance throughout the learning journey.Manage training provider relationships – ensure quality delivery and effective use of the Government Levy.Track learner progress – monitor attendance and performance, and report on key metrics.Support wider L&D activities – assist with learning initiatives, admin tasks, and maintaining the LMS.Early Careers & Learning and Development Coordinator Requirements:
Experience in Learning & Development, HR, or apprenticeship support.Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple programmes.Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and funding (Levy knowledge a plus).Proficient in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone) is desirable.If you have previous experience working as a Apprentice coordinator or L&D Development and are looking for a Early Careers job Andover , please click the "apply now" button or contact us for further information.
