YOUR MISSION
Our Early Careers Booster is your fast track opportunity straight out of university to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll work side-by-side with top industry professionals and get real responsibilities from day one — shaping the future of Glovo while building essential skills in project management, analytics, strategy, and stakeholder management.
You'll join one of our core business areas — Marketing & Growth, Q-Commerce, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or People — based on your background and interests.
This is a full-time role based at our Barcelona HQ — right in the heart of our biggest tech hub — so you’re either already here or open to relocating. You’ll need to be available to start full-time between November 2025 and January 2026.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
You have completed your degree in the past 18 months with strong academic results or you will graduate in the next 6 months Your academic degree is in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or / STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or similar Strong data analytics skills (SQL is a preferred qualification) Problem-Solving Acumen and proactive approach to innovation Willingness to learn and adapt through changes Strategic Thinking in holistic and HQ-level strategy development Cross-Cultural Awareness - appreciation of diverse perspectives Your eagerness and gas to start a ride in the industry and embrace the challenges! Excellent Communication Skills (English + ideally 1 more other language) You are eligible to work in Spain You are available to start a full time permanent role between November 25’ and January ‘26Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
