The internship program aims to create a collaborative community that contributes to our business through various projects, speaker series, structured training, case studies, networking events, and more. The program is comprised of a structured orientation, goal setting, mentorship, I&D initiatives, group presentations, and a formal performance review process. **R&A ERC Overview** Colleagues working in Risk & Analytics’ Enterprise Risk Consulting (ERC) team provide our clients with a smarter way to analyze risk, using quantification, structured approaches, risk analytics tools and subject matter expertise to improve client outcomes. With our expertise and tailored solutions, we improve complex enterprise risk management by identifying, quantifying and mitigating unpredictable, interconnected risks. We currently work with some of the world’s largest and complex organizations to assess and manage their strategic risks. We also work with smaller organizations early in their ERM journeys. We work across many industries including Food & Beverage, Professional Services, Transportation / Logistics, Energy, Construction, Manufacturing and others. Work within ERC is predominantly project-based, and you will often be involved in multiple projects simultaneously. Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including a structured orientation. + Learn and demonstrate select WTW’s analytic models + Develop soft and hard skills through curated professional development training by the Program team **Qualifications** **Education and Qualifications:** + Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2027  + Preferred Majors: Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Liberal Arts + Eligible candidates must be going into their senior year in Fall 2026  + Minimum GPA of 3.0 and above   + Intermediate to advance Excel skills + Self-starter and intellectual curiosity with ability and drive to innovate + Strong qualitative and quantitative analytic skills, finance or economic knowledge beneficial + Proficient PowerPoint and MS Word skills, with ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing client deliverables + Basic understanding of the insurance market and risk concepts + Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship    + WTW’s hybrid working environment allows for flexible working schedules with a mixture of both remote and in office time including global collaboration across teams. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). **Compensation** : The hourly rate being offered for this role is $22hr – $25hr USD. This role is also eligible for overtime.
