The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in: 

Our traineeship duration is 12 months will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology. Our internship will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

As part of this program, you will be responsible for:

Working on various planning tools (management assignments) within the organization.Closing working with project managers / shop planner on necessary support day to day business needs.Participating in career development and formal training, receiving coaching and mentoring.Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with organization leaders.Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teamsDrive continuous process improvement using initiativesSupport process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Health, Environment and Safety compliance.

To be successful in this traineeship you will: 

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited universityLegal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent) Graduated from your Bachelors’ degree within the last 24 months .Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skillsDemonstrate strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships and network across all levels Show a strong aptitude for and an innovative approach to planning techniques.Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approachFlexible working hoursExperience in MS office functions including excel, word, PowerPoint and outlookExperience in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP an advantage
