Early Career Program - Engineering - 2025-2026
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.

As an ECP Engineering Specialist, you’ll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our 3 Columbus locations – our production facility, our distribution center, and our North American headquarters. Since rotations span several different business areas, you’ll be able to explore an array of functions such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing Analytics, just to name a few. You’ll create and implement process improvements to our warehouse operations, design dashboards that display real-time updates on the production floor, make automation workflows that accelerate data gathering and sharing for our sales teams, and more.

As a well-established rotational program that has been in operation for over 35 years, ECP boasts a robust alumni network of leaders throughout the company dedicated to coaching and mentoring current participants to support their long-term growth within the company. The selected candidate will start in June 2026, and will be required to relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. 


What You Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited four-year college or universityFamiliarity with, or interest in learning SAP.
