The Opportunity: Our Smurfit Westrock, Mahrt Operations Early Career E & I FAME participant will gain hands-on experience in our Papermill located in Cottonton, Alabama.   Throughout the assignment, there will be a heavy emphasis placed on safety and teamwork.  By the end of the assignment, this experience will have positively contributed to your curriculum and career goals in preparation to become a candidate for our hourly E&I position.  During your Early Career phase, we offer a competitive wage rate of $25.00/Hour.
