**Location:** Remote with up to 50% travel
**Job Overview:** Provides business consulting services to clients in the discipline of software products (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), company proprietary, third-party best of breed); participates in the full lifecycle of a product-based engagement to deliver a complex, comprehensive business solutions; guides less experienced product consultants in setups, integration best practices and client interviewing strategies; reviews deliverables for quality assurance purposes; helps to define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and product recommendations to the client, and manage client expectations; looks beyond the boundaries of the application product to see business benefit in bolt-on solutions, custom solutions and systems integration potential.
**Essential Job Functions**
+ Facilitates creation of large, highly complex business process models and participates in associated process analysis sessions (Business).
+ Applies knowledge of industry, product, and functional best practices, related technology trends, and vendor future direction to guide clients toward appropriate business solutions (Business).
+ Delivers complex product-based solutions from start to finish, including initial assessment and planning activities, process design and prototyping, and implementation and transition activities (Business).
+ Views package-based business solutions holistically to ensure that components fit together and domains of change within the scope of the solutions are addressed (Methodology).
+ Leads a team of 11-20 resources (company, client, and third-party resources) in the area of expertise to the conclusion of a project phase (Management).
+ Understands product integration and technical infrastructure requirements and relates them to specific client situations (Technical).
+ Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).
+ Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level (Relationship Management).
+ Identifies sales leads through established networks (Leverage).
+ Develops proposal strategies and win themes; participates in sales calls (Leverage).
+ Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
+ Presents to large-sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level, develops and communicates vision and purpose, and encourages contribution and support from others.
+ Contribute to proposal orals, division events, and company-wide events (Communication).
**Core Role**
+ Extensive experience in:
+ SAP functionality, with one or more areas of business / technical specialization, and good general knowledge of SAP landscapes, particularly “through the stack”
+ SAP’s product roadmap, specifically as it relates to the RISE model, and associated technologies and tools, such as BTP, Signavio, etc.
+ SAP Activate methodology, with up-to-date certification
+ SAP knowledge on SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM functions
+ Executing Project / Program Management disciplines for SAP projects and lifecycles, operating and managing against the Plan of Record (POR)
+ Leading applications-management engagements for medium or large clients
+ Delivering services utilizing service-management disciplines, aligned with ITIL standards
+ Executing transition/transformation, operations, and continuous improvement across the applications-operations lifecycle
+ Interfacing and communicating with all levels of IT and business leaders (C-level, director, manager, etc.)
+ Ability to sell full app management delivery programs, with established sales targets
+ Ability to sponsor and execute app management delivery programs
+ Ability to identify and spearhead the development of innovation and add-on services from within operations programs
+ Ability to partner with – and build professional relationships within – existing client accounts, driving for client retention and extension
+ Ability to identify, sell, and establish engagements with new-logo clients
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
+ Seven or more years of consulting experience with business analysis and software product implementation
+ Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
+ Experience working with a company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
+ Experience working with functional and product considerations related to your specialty area(s)
+ Experience working with product suite data structures and models to address detailed interface and conversion issues to and from external systems
**Other Qualifications**
+ Strong skills in conducting a fit-gap analysis in two or more areas of specialization
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
+ Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
+ Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
+ Willingness to travel

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
