The EAM - Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

University degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of FB in large property great communication, curious, passionate, good operational administrative and interpersonal skills are a must

Experience implementing new concepts, Progressive hotel Food and Beverage concept, Progressive hotel Food and Beverage Experience (typically with Hyatt)
