**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Development & Enhancement of MicroStrategy Deliverables** + Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions + Design and develop dashboards and reports to extend existing BI capabilities + Create and maintain documentation **2. Support for Existing & Extended BI Solutions** + Provide Level 1 & 2 support, escalate Level 3 issues + Recreate and investigate issues in lower environments + Perform data investigations and issue remediation + Develop fixes related to BI and data issues + Update documentation and interact with end users for support and knowledge sharing **3. MicroStrategy Software Updates & Upgrades** + Deploy and configure MSTR Library and Collaboration Server across regions + Finalize and test Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations + Implement authentication changes (IMS) + Handle ad-hoc requests and queries **Qualifications & Skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) + 7+ years of hands-on experience with **MicroStrategy** development and administration + Strong understanding of **BI concepts** , data modeling, and data warehousing + Proficiency in **SQL** and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) + Experience with **MicroStrategy Library** , **Collaboration Server** , and **DR configurations** + Familiarity with **authentication systems** (IMS) and enterprise security models + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for issue investigation and remediation + Strong communication skills for end-user interaction and knowledge transfer + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
