Job Title: Executive Assistant to Country General Manager

Reporting To: Country General Manager
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Country General Manager plays a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness by providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role acts as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, effective stakeholder coordination, and efficient management of the CGM’s office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage and prioritize the CGM’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership reviews, board meetings, and global calls Prepare daily briefs, agendas, and follow-up trackers2. Strategic Coordination & Business Enablement
Act as a liaison between CGM and leadership team, ensuring clear communication and follow-through Track key business initiatives, dashboards, and action items across functions Support preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents3. Stakeholder Management
Interface with senior leaders, global teams, clients, and external partners with professionalism Manage sensitive communications and maintain high confidentiality Facilitate cross-functional coordination for key business priorities4. Meeting & Governance Management
Organize leadership meetings, town halls, and key governance forums Capture minutes, track decisions, and ensure timely closure of action items Drive discipline in cadence and governance processes5. Travel & Logistics Management
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics Ensure efficient utilization of time during business visits6. Office of CGM Operations
Manage correspondence, approvals, and documentation on behalf of the CGM Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and expense management Drive special projects and initiatives as assignedKey Deliverables / Success Metrics

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience supporting senior leadership (CXO level preferred) Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is an advantageKey Skills & Competencies
