Naked is a highly creative, exciting and future- facing production company. We produce some of the UK’s most well-loved and long-running programming brands (The Apprentice/Celebrity Apprentice, Grand Designs, Great British Railway journeys, The Rap Game UK) whilst also defining the next generation of content in the UK and US through a suite of newer series (Couple to Throuple, Charlie Cooper’s Myth Country, Buying London, We Fixed a train (W/T)) and many more.
The Role
This is a key role offering support to three Naked senior leaders. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and experience of working as an EA previously. Office days are Mon-Thurs with Friday reserved for WFH.
Key responsibilities:
Proactive diary management, whilst prioritising and resolving conflicting appointments for the Managing Director and Creative Director Booking all travel for the Management team when required (taxis, trains, hotels and flights etc) Arranging complex itineraries and meetings for business trips Setting up internal meetings, calls, virtual meetings (predominantly via Teams, over international time zones Collecting guests from reception and ensuring internal pitch meetings are catered for appropriately Organising external pitch meetings with Broadcaster / commissioners / Talent and ensuring all dates are in the main development calendar Other ad-hoc duties including but not limited to; meeting and greeting guests and talent, meeting room bookings, organising refreshments and couriers Provide additional support for the Head of Production / Director of Programmes as required Basic office management, ensuring the smooth running of the office whilst maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and external suppliers Managing and ordering all stationery, post and office supplies Track the staffing holiday requests, updating the relevant calendars and systems Reconciling Expenses for MD / HOP / CD / DoP monthly credit card statements Responsible for collecting receipts & completing Purchase Orders to return to the finance team monthly Updating the Production Codes spreadsheet and Production Schedule monthly Liaising with the IT support team and building management when required, setting up all new starters and basic computer troubleshooting Ad hoc administrative tasks An understanding that confidentiality is key as working in an environment that regularly deals with highly confidential and sensitive information Assisting in the start-up of productions File set up IT new starter requests Laptop requests Administrative tasks until the Production Sec / Co-ordinators come on board. Ensuring that all LP/PM starting are sent the relevant documentation on Fremantle systems Communicating key information to the central departments; E.g.: Transmission and New Commissions

Strong written and verbal communication skills Personable approach, organised and calm Ability to work using own initiative as well with others in a team Punctual in time keeping Flexible and ‘can do’ approach to tasks with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively A strong knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel – experience with MAC also useful Excellent knowledge of video conferencing, Zoom/Teams calls Excellent record keeping Basic production knowledge is an advantageAbout Fremantle and Naked
