Description We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR Assistant in Clearwater, Florida. This contract position combines administrative expertise with human resources support, offering a dynamic and engaging role in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth operations across executive and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
• Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment documentation as part of the hiring process.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as necessary.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, benefits information, and compliance records.
• Coordinate and track employee training programs to ensure development goals are met.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR and administrative processes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage office supplies and resources to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration and executive support.
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and handling employment documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
