E-Retail Professional (Travel Retail)
Contract position : 1 Year 2 ~ 3 MonthsJob Purpose: This position assumes responsibilities of leading the development of FBP TR e-business in e-retailer sites:
- setting up a clear road map to accelerate the sales development of an existing platform & identify new opportunities- building strong & long-term partnerships with e-retailer MDs to get analytics and customer data- building a winning mindset across different departments (Marketing, E-logistics and CS)- working in close collaboration with Global teams to develop new initiatives and relevant assets- planning & monitoring budget of e-retailers activities as well as P&L- planning & execution by understanding of external touchpoints and customer journey for acceleration not only business figures but also customer data acquisition and utilization

Key Responsibilities:

Plan e-retailers budget & daily/monthly/yearly sales by product categoryPlan campaign roll-out, analyze and report the result  Manage the products, inventory, assets and contents within e-retailers Forecast monthly/yearly sample & package material for e-retailers  Plan/execute/analyze on-site AD (banner, search, SMS, etc.) and set optimal budget to meet commercial target and keep brand equity Work closely with e-retailer MDs to set up and meet the business target with strong negotiation skill Lead new feature study, launch, and execute that are related to digital experience to enhance customer engagement Manage e-retailer customer acquisition program (=integration to Chanel Code) and find new opportunities to increase customer acquisition & retention Monitor competitors’ activities and analyze market trend  Communicate with Global team about KR campaign & contents plan 

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualification

University graduate (or equivalent)

Work Experience

Minimum of 5~7-year experience in Online MD, CRM, E-Retail or E-Commerce (luxury/beauty/online platform)Hands-on experience and familiar with Digital MarketingExperience working with cross-functional & Global teamsExperience in travel retail market is preferred
