About the Role
As an E&I Commissioning Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the site Commissioning activities to establish all requirements for successful commissioning of the associated project.

Position: E&I Commissioning Site Supervisor
Location: Karratha
Working Arrangement: FIFO 2/2
Project: Woodside EPCM - AUW
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months

Requirements:

Electrical licence essential.

Proven background working in EPC or engineering consultancy environments.

Knowledge of Electrical, Instrument and Process systems and their interaction with other systems within a live operating facility.

Ability to read BLD’s, SLD’s, P&ID’s, Loop Diagrams, Schematics and Termination Drawings is essential.

Understanding of Permit to Work (ISSoW) processes and system tools.

Flexibility to provide additional support in performing required site tasks depending on project requirements.

Strong commitment to HSE including a robust awareness of the process safety risks with commissioning activities within a live hydrocarbon facility.

An aptitude for the completions/certification documentation process and ability to use Completions Management System.

Strong interpersonal skills for managing and interfacing with personnel (UAJV, WEL, Worley & Vendors).

 

Responsibilities

Develop and manage commissioning permits, and ensure documentation is completed, signed off, and updated in CMS (FTRs, punchlists, certificates).

Attend and support walkdowns (MC, RFC, RFSU, SHC) and facilitate milestone handovers.

Coach site personnel on commissioning activities and the correct use of Orbit (Completions Management System).

Review and provide input to CCLBD development and commissioning workpacks, assisting developers based on site needs.

Assist with site resource mobilization/demobilization and provide input to commissioning schedules to meet project timelines.

Supervise commissioning activities, including daily pre-start meetings, witnessing sign-offs, and supporting vendors, contractors, and IC technicians.

Liaise with Operations and Construction teams to execute commissioning safely and effectively, including redline markup coordination.

Provide technical support for fault finding, troubleshooting, and ensuring test equipment availability and compliance.

Contribute to regular commissioning reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and audit construction teams for equipment preservation compliance.

Support Perth engineering with site surveys and engineering verification as required.
