We are looking for an E-content Specialist to join our team in Bucharest!

💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 9.200 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.  In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

Role responsibilities:

Develop and Implement E-Content: Lead the creation and localization of impactful digital assets to enhance product visibility across e-commerce platforms;Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of promotional campaigns and timely resolution of customer inquiries;Design Marketing Materials: Create and adapt visually compelling marketing materials for various promotional events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Analyze Performance: Conduct thorough analyses of e-content performance and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable strategies;Pursue Continuous Learning: Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and contribute to overall team productivity.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree;Very good speaking and writing skills in Romanian and English languages;Nice-to-have: Photoshop skills/other design programs skills and AI design skills;Strong organizing skills, deep analytical thinking and detail-oriented mindset;Ability to manage medium complexity projects, prioritize and follow-up;Problem solving via innovation & creativity;Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
