Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Regional Director to lead and scale our digital commerce operations across multiple countries in Latin America. This role will oversee both commercial and technical aspects of our e-commerce ecosystem, including owned websites, marketplaces, and digital channels, within the mobile industry. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in e-commerce, cross-border team management, and digital growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the regional e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamicsLead country-level teams to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellenceCollaborate with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with broader commercial and brand strategies

Commercial Oversight

Monitor and optimize sales performance across platforms (websites, marketplaces)Oversee pricing, promotions, catalog management, and conversion strategiesEnsure accurate stock planning and demand forecasting in coordination with supply chain teamsAnalyze KPIs (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify growth opportunities and risks

Technical & Operational Management

Supervise technical operations including platform configuration, integrations, and deploymentsAct as the primary interface between regional squads, IT, and external technical partnersTranslate business needs into technical requirements and oversee implementationEnsure smooth execution of launches, updates, and e-commerce enhancements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceSupport digital marketing initiatives through testing, QA, and performance analysisFoster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the region

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven experience in regional e-commerce leadership, ideally within the mobile or tech industryStrong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of digital commerceExperience managing multicultural teams across different countriesAdvanced English proficiencyExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skillsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms, OMS, marketplace operations, and digital analytics
