E-commerce & Partnership Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. E-Commerce & Partnership Manager to join our team. The E-commerce & Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive owned e-commerce channel sales growth and establish strong partnerships. This role involves overseeing the e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, managing end-to-end sales processes, and analyzing performance metrics to meet revenue targets. Additionally, the manager will identify, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the company's market presence and achieve mutual growth objectives.


Your key responsibilities (업무 내용)

1.    E-commerce Strategy Planning and Execution

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform(s) to ensure smooth performance, accuracy, and timely execution of campaigns. Understand business goals and key priorities to develop an end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategy and campaignsMonitor inventory, pricing, and product listings to maintain consistency with brand standards and competitive market positioningDevelop strategies to optimize visibility, conversions, and overall performance on owned online platformsEnsure high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints, resolving any operational issues and improving customer satisfaction.

2.    E-shop and Naver Brand Store Management

Plan and manage to develop the whole scope of owned e-shop and Naver Brand StoreCreate strategic action plans to attain consumers connected to the brandAnalyze traffic of e-shop and Naver brand store on a regular basis to understand the trend of online consumer's behaviorClosely work with APAC and global team to enhance owned e commerce shop and unified portal

3.    CRM activation 

Plan and execute CRM activities based on SFDC & Commercial website analysisPlan to expand CRM to customers (retail stores/E-commerce/etc,)

4.    Key stakeholder Management 

E-commerce distributor managementothers agency and partner depending on business situations

5.    External Partnership Management:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations that can enhance our digital offerings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with our business goals.Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including contractual terms and ongoing performance evaluation


Who you are (자격 요건)

Bachelor’s degree
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with various internal stakeholders and craft professional communications

7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or partnership Experiences in Open Market or Social commerce preferred

Strong understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and marketplace algorithms

Analytical proficiency in e-commerce tools and business intelligence platforms

Excellent communication skills & team player
