Description Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Location: Onsite South LA Area Full-Time | Consumer Goods / Ecommerce / DTC About the Role: An established, fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand is conducting a confidential search for a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Operations Coordinator. This is a hands-on, executional role responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly across inventory, fulfillment, vendor management, and digital channels. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about process, and wants to grow within an operationally complex, multi-channel business. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination + Monitor and manage inventory across DTC, FBA, and wholesale channels + Coordinate purchase orders and oversee timely replenishment without overstocking + Analyze inventory turns and provide reporting on storage costs Warehouse & Fulfillment Alignment + Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of FBA shipments + Partner with warehouse teams to support accurate and efficient fulfillment + Assist with implementing and improving warehouse management systems (e.g., ShipHero, Finale) Vendor & Systems Management + Set up and maintain vendor records in EDI and ordering systems + Act as point of contact for vendor timelines, orders, and issue resolution Project Coordination + Lead and track operational projects across cross-functional teams + Help identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement + Assist in onboarding and transitioning to new tools and platforms Marketplace & Channel Support (Bonus) + Support accurate product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms + Coordinate with agencies for SEO, A+ content, and imagery enhancements + Monitor and report on performance across channels Requirements What We’re Looking For + 2+ years in operations, logistics, or ecommerce coordination + Strong cross-functional experience (warehouse, marketing, vendor management) + Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleanup) + Experience with WMS, EDI, and marketplace tools (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart) + Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-through + Adaptable and comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment Bonus Points For + Familiarity with ShipHero, Shopify, ShipStation, Finale + Understanding of FBA processes and ecommerce SEO best practices + Experience with DTC subscription models or omnichannel brands TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
