We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Senior Digital Specialist to manage digital assets and microsite infrastructure across multiple platforms. This role supports global and local stakeholders in delivering seamless digital experiences through effective map updates, microsite creation, redirect link management, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, and Brand teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Fluent in English (daily communication with global stakeholders) – min. B2 level (preferably C1),Advanced level of use of MS Office,Experience working on Jira/Confluence is a plus,Experience troubleshooting systems,Excellent problem-solving skills,Attention to detail,Excellent written and verbal communication skills

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Collaborate with business and technical teams to consult, request, and validate promotional changes and new promo setups.Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Verification Testing (UVT) for new features, campaigns, and platform updates.Monitor the e-commerce platform for issues and inconsistencies; troubleshoot and escalate problems in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.Document test results, bugs, and resolutions in a structured and traceable manner.Support the maintenance of product catalog and CMS content as needed to ensure accurate and timely updates.Assist in cyclical activities that maintain business continuity and system efficiency.
