If you are a current employee, please navigate here to apply internally.As the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will support channel marketing requirements to ensure profitable growth of the sales and revenue space. You will be involved in and support the channel’s short-term and long-term tactical strategic marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including enhanced content, SEO, and A+ pages.
Support marketing efforts across other e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Ferguson.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling product representation.
Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
Coordinate with external partners and agencies for content syndication and advertising.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
4–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with direct experience managing Amazon accounts.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Strong understanding of digital merchandising and content optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%
Experience with other retail platforms like Wayfair, Lowe’s, or Home Depot, preferred
Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems such as Salsify or Syndigo, preferred
Experience with influencer marketing, including programs like Amazon Creator Connections or similar affiliate/content creator platforms.
The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
