E-Commerce Marketing Executive

**Major Responsibilities**
+ Study & recommend eCommerce strategy & initiatives to achieve the marketing objectives
+ Keep abreast with the latest trend in the online/e-commerce channel. Keep close contact and good relationship with key people at B2C partners to understand their latest strategy and tactics
+ Based on the solid analysis to come out the clear strategies and initiatives to drive incremental in e-Commerce
+ Work with product managers to make sure eCommerce initiatives compliance with brand communication guidelines and strategies, at the same time to increase iWOM and brand popularity
+ Develop brand activation strategy, plan & design on line campaign, achieve sales goal
+ Work closely with brand team, commercial team, e-tailers and agencies to plan on line marketing activities
+ Develop & implement brand exposure plan to secure sufficient traffic with integrated digital & other resources
+ Achieve sales goal
+ Manage key relationship internally within brand team & sales team to strategically allocate resources to drive incremental on line
**Minimum Education Required**
+ University degree and above. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
**Minimum Experience** **Required:**
+ More than 5 years experience in marketing or sales, with at least 1 years in e-Commerce or retail
