The E-Commerce Leader will drive the strategic direction, accelerated development, and best-in-class implementation of our e-commerce initiatives within RHVAC Digital. This leader will be instrumental in advancing our Partner Portal, optimizing digital customer journey, and accelerating the adoption of innovative commerce technologies. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and partner organizations to deliver a scalable and differentiated e-commerce platform.

Where is the work

From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What you will do: 

Develop, Own, and Execute E-Commerce Strategy: Establish and champion a best-in-class e-commerce strategy, aligned to RHVAC Digital and company vision. Drive the roadmap for e-commerce, Partner Portal, and digital commerce capabilities.

Accelerate Innovation and Adoption: Employ agile and innovative practices to accelerate platform development and drive partner and customer adoption.

Partner Portal Acceleration: Own the vision and execution for Partner Portal enhancements, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and engagement with bold, impactful solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, IT, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital and e-commerce initiatives; foster a culture of collaboration to create enterprise-wide value.

External Engagement: Build and manage relationships with leading vendors, technology providers, and channel partners to leverage their expertise and accelerate strategic objectives.

Metrics & Optimization: Define KPI’s and success metrics. Monitor and report program performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Technology Leadership: Stay current on emerging e-commerce and digital trends—across payment processing, generative/AI search, logistics integration, automation, PIM, and security/compliance.

Regulatory and Security Leadership: Cultivate best practices in e-commerce governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity across platforms.

Talent Development: Lead and inspire a team of product, digital, and e-commerce experts. Develop talent to ensure deep expertise and broad business acumen.

What you will bring:

Significant experience (10+ years) in advanced technology and product leadership, preferably for global, e-commerce enabled businesses or platforms.

Direct experience developing and implementing strategy for digital commerce and partner/customer portals in B2B and/or B2C environments.

Proven results driving best-in-class platforms, accelerating adoption, and commercializing technology solutions.

Ability to think strategically, manage change, and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.

Strong leadership ability; track record developing teams and diverse talent.

Excellent external representation; trusted partner to vendors and key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and industry engagement.

Compensation: 

Base Pay Range: $110,000-$170,000+
