Your “day to day”
Join our E-commerce & CRM team as E-commerce Lead Digital, where you will own e-commerce channel in Baltic markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and drive initiatives to improve performance.
You will:
Manage the e-commerce channel to increase performance by initiating and leading digital projects.Be setting and achieving KPIs such as sales, conversion rate and online engagement. Ensuring the reporting of KPIs is timely and accurate.Set up, analyze and assure data accuracy using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Contentsquare and other platforms to generate actionable insights.Implement commercial calendar activities (campaigns, product launches, etc.) ensuring omnichannel approach by developing local digital solutions and deploying global initiatives.Ensure high quality, reliable SEO and GEO performance, driving traffic growth from Google and machine learning powered acquisition channels.Create and implement CRO strategy for e‑commerce websites using A/B tests, personalization, segmentation and other.Lead, develop and assess your direct report.Manage 3rd party suppliers in terms of deliverables, timings, budget & effective partnership.Translate consumer and business needs into digital requirements.Take full ownership of problem solving, issue escalation and solution delivery with a proactive mindset.We expect that you:Have higher education in IT, Digital, Business or similar.Have proven successful experience in driving e-commerce performance.Have strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.Have deep understanding of customer segmentation and ability to read and interpret data.Have experience leading cross-functional teams and direct report as well as managing system development.Operate with urgency and are comfortable with a high degree of complexity and constantly evolving business environment.Are proficient in English language.

Salary range for this role is 5700 EUR gross to 6400 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
