As an E-Commerce Lead, your main focus will be to optimize internal search, manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals, analysis and execution.  

This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of the Mexico Support Office.

A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

Product exposure analysis and execution • Publish content on .com and app according to QCP and in alignment with Marketing calendarManage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals and discount activities, according to QCP and ad-hoc adjustments to secure optimal performanceOptimize internal search (e.g., add synonyms)CollaborationCommercial Managers manages commercial plan per customer group and will give input on campaigns, activations and product strategies (including ranking)Experience Leads manages overall site plan and will give input on actions to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups 

Requisitos

Who You Are:  

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fieldStrong knowledge of online merchandising, UX, and site optimizationStrong analytical, commercial, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and adapt to industry trends2+ years’ eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion retailExperience working with eCommerce platforms and tools Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
