Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce roadmap to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify new online sales opportunities and partnerships (marketplaces, aggregators, affiliate networks). Ensure alignment of online strategies with overall brand and retail objectives.2. Website & Platform Management
Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience (UI/UX). Manage product uploads, pricing, categorization, and visual merchandising. Ensure smooth integration with ERP, CRM, and inventory systems.3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, retargeting). Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through personalized campaigns and loyalty programs.4. Operations & Customer Experience
Oversee order management, payment gateways, and fulfilment processes. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and secure delivery of jewellery. Ensure robust systems for returns, refunds, and after-sales service. Maintain high standards of customer experience and data security.5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV (Average Order Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and retention rates. Generate insights from analytics to optimize website performance and campaigns. Present regular performance reports to senior management.6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor e-commerce, digital marketing, and operations teams. Collaborate with design, merchandising, IT, and retail teams for seamless execution. Ensure team alignment with brand identity and customer expectations.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, custom ERP). Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing. Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Knowledge of jewellery product lines, certifications, and luxury retail preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Educational & Experience Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in e-commerce/online sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of scaling online business.
