Key Responsibilities:

Analyze eCommerce performance across platforms (eRetailers, marketplaces, media, livestream, affiliate) to identify growth drivers, risks, and whitespace opportunities.

Partner with Category, Brand, Media, Sales, and eCommerce teams to translate complex data into clear business insights and growth recommendations.

Lead deep-dive analyses on traffic, conversion, media ROI, content effectiveness, and promotion mechanics to unlock incremental growth.

Monitor market trends, platform changes, and algorithm shifts; assess impact and proactively advise teams on optimization actions.

Embed analytics and insights into monthly business reviews and leadership decision-making forums.

Build and automate dashboards, reports, and repeatable analyses to improve speed, consistency, and insight quality.

Advance eCommerce analytics capability through visualization, new data sources, and exploratory analytics / innovation projects.

Job Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Growth, or Performance roles (FMCG, eCommerce, or digital platforms preferred).

Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, media, promotion, content, shopper behavior).

Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or equivalent).

Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.

High learning agility with curiosity for new trends, platforms, and algorithm changes.

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
