Role Summary 

As an E‑commerce Executive, you play a central role in shaping and growing our brand online and digital sales channels across the inhalable categories.  

 

Bringing a keen consumer approach and a passion for digital marketing and operational excellence, you take meaningful responsibility for driving high-quality traffic. You optimize performance and make data-led decisions that directly affect growth and customer experience. 

 

You work independently and closely with marketing, digital, IT, agencies and other collaborators. You translate insights, recommendations, and market signals into clear priorities and confident actions. You support day‑to‑day operations while contributing to longer‑term platform development through innovative digital capabilities, , seamless user journeys, and continuous optimization. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role for someone, who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking, thrives in a fast‑moving digital environment, and feels comfortable owning decisions in a complex, multi‑stakeholder set‑up. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

Drive high-quality traffic acquisition across online and digital retail channels. Focus strongly on SEO and related projects. Work closely with paid media, local agency and regional teams to attract relevant, valuable visitors. Continuously improve key landing pages and content by working with agency and supporting close peers with insights to feed on-site content activation and calendars. Monitor and analyse performance across multiple websites using Google tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console and related local reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. Support the ongoing development of web and digital commerce platforms by identifying improvements or new opportunities, that you set to life in t collaboration with agency, Digital Solutions and IT teams. Evaluate recommendations from various collaborators and regional teams, applying critical thinking to prioritize what matters most and make confident, data‑based decisions in a busy and dynamic environment. Act as a point of contact e‑commerce‑related customer issues, coordinating with IT, Customer Service, Operations, and relevant internal teams to ensure the right prioritization and smooth and timely resolution. Contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture by engaging openly with partners, sharing insights, maintaining an active interest in industry trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

Who You Are 

You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally from a retail or manufacturing setting, with exposure to consumer electronics, technology, or other durable product categories. You are fluent in English, and Swedish is a strong advantage. You are highly skilled in Google tools such as Google Analytics and other digital measurement platforms, with a strong numerical mindset and confidence in working with data to understand performance and guide decisions. You combine this analytical strength with creativity and a forward-looking perspective, staying curious about industry trends and using new insights to make smart, future-ready choices. You are comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and communicating clearly, thoughtfully, and with empathy. You enjoy structure while remaining agile, able to balance multiple priorities with care, accountability, and a calm mindset in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You value collaboration, inclusion, and transparency, and you actively contribute to a positive working culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and respected.
