E-Commerce eMerchandizing Specialist
**Location:** Cairo, Egypt **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Overview:** The role involves overseeing eMerchandising operations across both B2C and B2B digital channels, optimizing customer journeys across all digital platforms (Mobile App and Website). The coordinator will lead local UX/UI development and implement mobile-first experience improvements while driving the personalization and A/B testing roadmap. Additionally, this position requires managing agency collaboration for digital campaigns and feature delivery to ensure alignment with market objectives. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Ensure a best-in-class user experience across all digital touchpoints by leading local UX/UI developments, rolling out globally created experiences, driving mobile-first experience optimization, and co-owning the personalization and A/B testing roadmap. + Drive campaign execution and support stakeholders in adhering to eMerchandising guidelines. + Maintain the quality of the eCommerce touchpoints by ensuring an agile, bug-free user experience with timely content updates on all digital platforms. + Guide cross-functional teams in leveraging eCommerce technologies and act as the technical point of contact for HTML and API issues. + Manage agencies involved in digital product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment with market objectives. + Act as a project lead for market-level UX, content, and feature development initiatives that extend beyond global rollouts. + Optimize user experiences to enhance conversion rates through analytics insights and best practices. + Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including incident management and User Acceptance Testing. **What Will Make You Successful…** + At least 2 years of experience in digital and eCommerce activities, including Content Management Systems, personalization, targeting, eMerchandising, and product lifecycle management. + Strong organizational and project management capabilities. + Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and user journeys using tools like Figma. + Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with development experience across multiple CMS platforms. + Experience working with mobile apps, focusing on mobile-first UX and feature optimization. + Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail. + Comfortable with IT technologies and architecture. + Proven track record in delivering end-to-end user experiences in a digital context. + Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy. + Project-oriented and innovation-minded. + Fluency in English is a plus. + Understanding of Google Analytics is essential. + Hands-on experience in personalization, audience segmentation, and supporting A/B tests. + Experience in briefing, managing, and evaluating digital agencies (UX, development, creative).
