E-commerce Assistant

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANCE, CHANEL NORWAY

CHANEL NORWAY is currently looking for a temporary E-commerce Assistant to deliver high service standards to our e-commerce clients and to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy within our guidelines and procedures. The position is for 10 hours per week, with work mainly carried out on weekdays, Monday to Friday, primarily from mornings until after lunchtime, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to combine the role with ongoing studies.

As an E-commerce Assistant, you will be dedicated to the daily e-commerce tasks and understand the intangible value of delivering exceptional client experience. You will present positive energy, contribute to team collaboration, pay careful attention to details and act in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You take pride in working for CHANEL and passionately uphold our standards, objectives, and vision to re-imagine the CHANEL beauty experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders according to procedures and wrapping guidelinesManage all daily orders in our e-commerce systemFollow up on daily parcel pick up done by courierReceive and handle daily e-commerce returns according to procedureManage all e-commerce returns in the e-commerce systemFollow up on wrapping items and report to the Retail Coordinator for replenishmentFollow up on monthly samples and report to the Retail CoordinatorKeep the e-commerce area including packing station neat and tidyMaintain a clean and structured organization of back officeAssist in other back office, e-commerce, and retail operations when neededShare best practices with other marketsPropose improvements to the e-commerce team

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

You are a self-driven, positive, and independent personYou are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethicsYou have an obsession with client experience, luxury, and beautyYou speak Norwegian and/or English, with good written and verbal communications skills
