Job Description
As the E-Commerce Analyst, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities while collaborating with a multi-functional team to develop cohesive commercial plans. Your role will focus on leading initiatives that leverage social media platforms, e-Commerce, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You'll be expected to work closely with various subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive strategies that address consumer needs and shopping behaviours.
Your team
Collaboration will be key, as you will work extensively with colleagues from multi-functional team, Sales, Brand, Finance, and Media teams.
How success looks like
+ Driving Category Growth: Lead initiatives to enhance market penetration through innovative E-commerce strategies informed by data
+ Building a Continuous Growth Engine: Implement strategies that integrate live-ops, creators, affiliates, UGC, and performance loops for sustained monthly growth.
+ Grow into a trusted internal Ecommerce expert consultant for Brand Managers and multi-functional teams
Responsibilities of the role
+ Identify and analyze E-Commerce consumers’ needs and preferences for P&G’s products, providing actionable insights to the Brand / SMO teams
+ Leverage AI tools, scrapers, and analytics to identify emerging consumer opinions / trends / products, and translate them into actionable insights / content / social programs that will maximize sales for P&G
+ Path to Purchase analytics to help identify the most efficient tools / methods to reach maximum potential target consumers w/ highest ROI.
+ Competitive Analysis
+ CARSX Analysis
+ ROI Analysis & Input Sufficiency
Job Qualifications
+ Past experience in Digital domains, data science, data analytics, data engineering and data insights
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
+ Strong analytical ability to develop data driven Ecommerce strategies.
+ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment
+ Strong thought leadership skills and ability to lead change and drive innovation.
