as E-COM Lead, you contribute to digital commercial performance by planning and executing daily product exposure on .com and app, ensuring the offer is relevant, visible, and aligned with commercial priorities.
You work closely with stakeholders to align actions and continuously improve the end‑to‑end digital shopping journey across customer groups.
WHAT YOU DO
Product exposure planning, analysis, and execution
Secure and confirm content provided from Content team for .com and app according to QCP and in alignment with Marketing calendar.
Manage day-to-day execution and operational implementation of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals and tactical activities, according to QCP and ad-hoc adjustments to secure optimal performance.
Lead manual execution required by the local setup, including collection curation, product bag selection, ranking adjustments, category maintenance, visibility validation and exposure follow-up across CL, PE & UY.
Use data-driven insights to optimize navigation, exposure tactics, deals, and ranking for continuous commercial improvement.
Optimize internal search (e.g., add synonyms), keywords and search landing pages based on local customer behavior and market needs.
Set up strategies for product exposure using Synerise.
Support Martech and AI personalization initiatives from a business execution and validation perspective.
Coordinate operational implementation and validation of campaign pages, PLPs, URLs, navigation structures and customer-facing experiences together with IFC and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate operational readiness, previews, validations and launch follow-up for campaigns, digital projects and commercial activations.
Have a strong contribution with external stakeholders to provide correct information and ensure the success of the Commercial Plan.
Commercial execution & operational coordination
Coordinate weekly commercial execution and local adaptation across CL, PE & UY considering southern latam seasonality, local inventory, assortment availability, customer demand and business priorities.
Coordinate campaign operational execution for major local and regional activations including Cyber, Black Friday, seasonal campaigns and commercial events.
Support DEL with IFC and third-party partners to prioritize fixes, developments and issue resolution based on business impact and customer experience.
Support operational coordination of App, ORIS, CRO, Martech and related digital projects from a business execution perspective.
Support SEO operational coordination and implementation follow-up based on local search opportunities and commercial priorities.
Maintain local commercial planning files, exposure trackers, campaign briefs and execution documentation to support business continuity and alignment.
Insights & performance follow-up
Translate customer, inventory and performance signals into actionable recommendations for ranking, exposure and campaign optimization.
Support campaign performance follow-up and identify opportunities related to visibility, conversion and customer journey optimization.
Maintain local visibility and alignment of performance signals related to product exposure, campaign execution and customer behavior to support commercial decision-making.
Collaboration
Commercial Leads manage commercial plan per customer group and will give input on campaigns, activations and product strategies (including ranking). Including the correct information and list of articles for big online events (ex. Cybers, Black Friday).
E-commerce Leads are responsible for operational execution, customer-facing implementation and readiness validation across .com and app.
Experience Leads manages overall site plan and will give input on actions to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups. Give feedback of customer navigation on site for Experience Lead and Business Analyst.
Partner closely with Experience, Business Analyst, Marketing, Content and Customer Activation teams to align actions and share insights that strengthen digital performance.
Collaborate with IFC and external stakeholders to ensure operational continuity, correct implementation and commercial readiness across digital channels.

Education
University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or E-commerce

Experienced within eComm with understanding of the total digital ecosystem and its synergies.
In depth knowledge of fashion retail and keen understanding of regional market trends and consumer preferences.
Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret sales data, search trends, and web analytics to make informed decisions on product exposure.

Proficiency in site merchandising principles, able to create appealing and performing experience online.

Experience
2+ years experience in eCommerce roles in the fashion retail industry with demonstrated ability to drive commercial business by working with our product and customer experience.
Proven ability to translate data and analysis into concrete actions and hypotheses that lead to commercial results.
Ability to work with data enablement platforms and querying languages (SQL); experience utilizing Google Analytics, Tableau & Power BI.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms and tools including familiarity with content management systems.
